US13, PAVING AND PEDESTRIAN IMPROVEMENTS - LLANGOLLEN BLVD TO BACON/BOULDEN BLVD US13, PAVING AND PEDESTRIAN IMPROVEMENTS - LLANGOLLEN BLVD TO BACON/BOULDEN BLVD - This project includes improvements to address multi-modal needs and pavement rehabilitation in this highly traveled section of US 13 between US40 and Boulden Blvd. The proposed improvements include ADA compliant sidewalks, improved crossings, median lighting, median barriers to discourage mid-block crossings and reduced lane widths along the road. Follow other incidental construction in accordance with the location, notes and details shown on the plans, and as directed by the Engineer.
