SOUTHBRIDGE STREETSCAPE IMPROVEMENTS PHASE II - Project is in the City of Wilmington that will include pedestrian upgrades extend south of A Street along Heald Street and New Castle Avenue, particularly at the intersections of B and C Streets; and along the eastern side of New Castle Avenue, between A Street and B Street. Follow other incidental construction in accordance with the location, notes and details shown on the plans, and as directed by the Engineer.
