The Work under this contract consist of all labor, equipment, materials and incidentals necessary to repair, rehabilitate, clean, or replace any part of the NPDES/drainage system components in Indian River, St. Lucie, and Martin Counties. ADVERTISED ESTIMATE: The award amount and contract performance bond shall be based on the Department s advertised estimate amount of $400,000.00 and not the contractor s bid total. • PRE-QUALIFIED: Contractor does not need to be pre-qualified. • PERFORMANCE BOND: A Contract / Performance bond is required for this project. • REQUIRED SUBMITTAL WITH BID: Experience Form Drainage 850-070-05 PLEASE READ STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS FOR ROAD AND BRIDGE CONSTRUCTION FY 2026-27 (SECTION 7-13) FOR INSURANCE LIMITS.
