FDOT District 5 Proposal ID: E53E8-R0 Project No. 427958-1-72-32 Fiscal Year: 2027 County: Orange Contract Calendar Days: 365 This is a Maintenance Work Document Contract with a budget estimate of $1,300,000.00. The Contract will be awarded at the budget estimate amount. This Contract includes an option for renewal(s). INTENT AND SCOPE: The work under this Contract consists of mowing, slope mowing, weed control, litter removal, sweeping, edging, landscape area maintenance, tree trimming and pruning, and herbicide application on Department-maintained State Roads in Orange County on an as-needed basis. NOTE: The quantities shown on the Bid Price Proposal are approximate and only represent estimated planned requirements based on historical or specific project needs. The Department does not guarantee any maximum or minimum quantity, any range of quantities, or the exact quantities shown for each bid item. The Department estimated quantities and the Contractor bid price will be used to calculate a total bid amount. This total bid amount will then be used to determine the low bidder, however, actual payment under the awarded contract will be based on actual quantities completed. For this Contract in which specific sites are not identified at the time of letting, the Engineer will issue a Work Document. Work Documents will identify the location, description, amount of work to be accomplished, and the number of calendar days to complete the work.
