The work under this contract consists of labor, materials, equipment and incidentals necessary to repair lighting deficiencies along State Highway Systems in Martin, St. Lucie, and Indian River Counties. ADVERTISED ESTIMATE: The award amount and contract performance bond shall be based on the Department s advertised estimate amount of $100,000.00 and not the contractor s bid total. •PERFORMANCE BOND: A Contract / Performance bond is required for this project. PLEASE READ STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS FOR ROAD AND BRIDGE CONSTRUCTION FY 2026-27 (SECTION 7-13) FOR INSURANCE LIMITS.
