The Improvements under this Contract consist of milling & resurfacing, base work, shoulder treatment, drainage improvements, curb & gutters, traffic signals, lighting, highway signing, sidewalks/bicycle path, and other incidental construction on SR 228 (Normandy Blvd) from the Equestrian Center to Lamplighter Lane in Duval County. JEA Standards. Table A -- Schedule of Values is required to be submitted with the bid, as per Technical Special Provision T10007-9.
