Description:
This performance-based contract (Contract) requires diligent inspection, effective management, and efficient performance of maintenance on all components of the transportation facility as identified herein. In performing the duties under the terms of this Contract, the Asset Maintenance Contractor (Contractor) is, by extension, representing the Florida Department of Transportation (Department) workforce for the areas and assets specified in this Contract. Unless otherwise specifically stated, all maintenance activities within the limits of this Contract are to be performed by the Contractor. Work to be completed on primary roads in Clay County as listed in the Asset Maintenance Scope of Services. BIDS FOR THIS PROJECT WILL NOT BE RECEIVED THROUGH BID EXPRESS. Technical and Price Proposals will be received until 11:00 AM (Local Time) on March 25, 2026, to d2.contracts@dot.state.fl.us. Refer to the "Document Ordering Information" section on page 1 of the advertisement for instructions on ordering RFP/Scope of Services and other documents related to this Contract.
