The Improvements under this Contract consist of construction of a sidewalk including milling and resurfacing, drainage structures and grading, handrail, signing and pavement markings, lighting, and signalization along US 19/SR 55/ Commercial Way From Applegate Dr. to E. Trenton Ave. in Hernando County. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT INITIATIVE -- Bidders must be a "Small Business" as defined by FDOT. Bidders must complete and submit the Small Business Affidavit (Form No. 275-000-01) for approval prior to receipt of bid documents.
