The work under this contract consists of providing all labor, equipment and materials necessary to sweep State roadways in Palm Beach County, Florida. ADVERTISED ESTIMATE The award amount and contract performance bond shall be based on the Department s advertised estimate amount of $200,000.00 and not the contractors bid total. PERFORMANCE BOND: A Contract / Performance bond is required for this project. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT INITIATIVE - Bidders must be a "Small Business" as defined by FDOT.
