LETTING LOCATION: Procurement Office POSTING DATES: 02/03/2026 and 02/10/2026 CONTRACT DAYS: 365 CONTRACT EXECUTION DAYS: 10 SPECIAL START DATE: N/A ACQUIS./FLEXIBLE START TIME: 13 The work under this Contract consists of removal and placement of retro-reflective markers (RPM's) and delineators along with the painting of bullnoses and island curbs on the State Highway System in Broward County. ?ADVERTISED ESTIMATE: The award amount and contract performance bond shall be based on the Department s advertised estimate amount of $350,000.00 and not the contractor s bid total. ?PERFORMANCE BOND: A Contract / Performance bond is required for this project. ?REQUIRED SUBMITTAL WITH BID: Pavement Marking Experience Form 850-070-06 must be submitted with the bid. ?GENERAL LIABILITY: The limits of coverage shall not be less than $1,000,000 for each occurrence and not less than a $5,000,000 annual general aggregate, inclusive of amounts provided by an umbrella or excess policy. The limits of coverage described herein shall apply fully to the work or operations performed under the Contract, and may not be shared with or diminished by claims unrelated to the contract. The policy/ies and coverage described herein may be subject to a deductible. Pay all deductibles as required by the policy. No policy/ies or coverage described herein may contain or be subject to a Retention or a Self-Insured Retention.
