The Improvements under this Contract consist of milling and resurfacing, signing/marking improvements, sidewalk and curb ramp improvements, and driveway improvements on State Road 15 from East 4th Avenue to Palmetto Avenue, approximately 2.26 miles in Volusia County. Bidders must complete and submit the Small Business Affidavit (Form No. 275-000-01) for approval prior to receipt of bid documents.
