The work under this Contract consists of the improvements to furnish, install and establish highway landscaping and irrigation at SR 5 (US 17) N Main Street from 1st Street to 12TH Street. EXPERIENCE IN LANDSCAPING (FORM 850-070-09) MUST BE COMPLETED AND SUBMITTED WITH THE BID. LUMP SUM. SPECIAL BID REQUIREMENT: At the time of bid submit the following: 1) A letter of reference from a government agency or an independent business that states the bidder has satisfactorily completed a landscape project of at least $500,000 as the Landscape Contractor. 2) Three (3) separate letters of endorsement from three (3) Registered Landscape Architects currently licensed in the State of Florida. Endorsements shall include the Landscape Architect's signature, license number and quality of the work performed. Note: All letters and endorsements shall be signed and dated within the last five (5) years.
