LETTING LOCATION: Procurement Conference Room POSTING DATES: 12/02/2025 and 12/09/2025 CONTRACT DAYS: 365 CONTRACT EXECUTION DAYS: 10 SPECIAL START DATE: N/A ACQUIS./FLEXIBLE START TIME: 13 The work under this contract consists of all labor, materials, and incidentals necessary to complete mowing, litter removal and disposal, edging and sweeping on the State Highway System in Martin, St. Lucie and Indian River Counties. The summary of pay items for this project is listed in the Bid Price Proposal. ?PRE-QUALIFIED: Contractor does not need to be pre-qualified. ?PERFORMANCE BOND: A Contract / Performance bond is required for this project. ?ADVERTISED ESTIMATE: The award amount and contract performance bond shall be based on the Department s advertised estimate amount of $275,000.00 and not the contractor s bid total. ?GENERAL LIABILITY: The limits of coverage must not be less than $250,000 for each occurrence and not less than a $500,000 annual general aggregate, inclusive of amounts provided by an umbrella or excess policy.
