The Improvements under this Contract consist of shear key repairs, median replacement, concrete spall and crack repairs, deck joint replacement, and deck milling & resurfacing for sonovoid slab Bridges and other incidental construction on SR 21 (Blanding Blvd.) over Little Black Creek in Clay County, and on SR 134 over the Ortega Creek in Duval County.
