FDOT District 5 Proposal ID: E53E9 Financial Project No.: 429142-1-72-33 Fiscal Year: 2026 County: Brevard Calendar Days: 75 Lead Time: 14 Days This is a Maintenance Pay Item Contract. INTENT AND SCOPE: The work under this Contract consists of FC-5 asphalt repairs at various locations on Interstate 95 in Brevard County. The work includes milling an average 1" of asphalt surface, installation of 1” of FC-5, and minor pavement marking restoration. EXPERIENCE: For this Contract the Contractor is required to have at least three (3) years of experience in the performance of asphalt paving projects, or the Project Superintendent must have at least three (3) years of like experience as a Superintendent. A Contractor that presently has a certificate of prequalification with the Department in "Hot Plant Mix Bituminous Course" will suffice to meet the above requirements.
