The work under this Contract consists of a Work Document driven contract to perform routine and priority repairs on ancillary structures including but not limited to, traffic signal mast arms and sign structure repairs, coating of existing structural steel, bolt replacement, bolt tightening, grout pad replacement, and other miscellaneous concrete and steel repairs at various locations throughout District 4. ADVERTISED ESTIMATE: The award amount and contract performance bond shall be based on the Department s advertised estimate amount of $275,000.00 and not the contractor s bid total. • PERFORMANCE BOND: A Contract / Performance bond is required for this project. • REQUIRED SUBMITTAL WITH BID: Experience Form Traffic Signal Repair 850-070-07 PLEASE READ STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS FOR ROAD AND BRIDGE CONSTRUCTION FY 2026-27 (SECTION 7-13) FOR INSURANCE LIMITS.
