FDOT District 5 Proposal ID No.: E52E7 Financial Project No.: 427958-1-72-39 Fiscal Year: 2027 Counties: Volusia, Seminole, Lake Contract Calendar Days: 365 Technical and Price Proposals will be accepted in accordance with the Request for Proposal. Bid Express may not be used for this project. The work to be completed under this Best Value Performance-Based Contract consists of determining work needs, performing the work, and continuously delivering results that meet performance criteria as specified in the Contract Documents. The Contractor will be responsible for performance aesthetics to include turf management, litter removal, roadside and slope mowing including ditches and ponds, manual and mechanical street sweeping, curb and sidewalk edging, tree trimming and removal, cleaning drainage structures, as well as landscape maintenance and delineator and object marker maintenance on various state-maintained rights of way in Volusia, Seminole, and Lake Counties. This is a Lump Sum Contract with only one pay item listed in the Contract. All references to payment under individual pay item numbers, regardless of where those references are contained in the Contract Documents or when in time any such pay item reference is incorporated in the Contract Documents, are superseded by the pay item references in this Special Provision. Payment for all work in this Contract will be made under: Item No. E999-10-32 –Periodic Payments for Lump Sum Contract
