LETTING LOCATION: Florida Department of Transportation D6 POSTING DATES: 12/09/2025 and 12/23/2025 CONTRACT DAYS: 365 CONTRACT EXECUTION DAYS: 10 SPECIAL START DATE: N/A ACQUIS./FLEXIBLE START TIME: N/A A contract that consists of providing labor equipment and materials to apply new and refurbish thermoplastic traffic stripes and markings on various arterial state roads in Miami Dade County. This contract includes applying new or refurbishing lane lines parallel to the direction of the traffic. This contract also includes Hot Spray thermoplastic to be used to refurbish existing profiled thermoplastic only. The quantities shown on the Bid Price Proposal are approximate and only represent estimated planned requirements based on historical or specific project needs. The Department does not guarantee any maximum or minimum quantity, any range of quantities, or the exact quantities shown for each bid item. The Department's estimated quantities and the Contractors' bid price will be used to calculate a total bid amount. This total bid amount will then be used to determine the low bidder; however, actual payment under the awarded contract will be based on actual quantities completed. For this Contract in which specific site is not identified at the time of letting, the Engineer will issue a Work Document. Work Documents will identify the location, description, amount of work to accomplished, and the number of calendar days to complete the work. Experience in Pavement Markings Form 850-070-06 must be submitted with your bid as an attachment or your bid may be found non-responsive. Award will be made at the Department Advertised Estimate Amount of $ 325,000.00
