LETTING LOCATION: Florida Department of Transportation-D6 POSTING DATES: 12/10/2024 and 12/24/2024 CONTRACT DAYS: 365 CONTRACT EXECUTION DAYS: 10 SPECIAL START DATE: N/A ACQUIS./FLEXIBLE START TIME: N/A This contract consists of maintenance and repair of existing bridges, overhead signs and traffic signal mast arms (TSMA) on various Arterial State Roads in Miami-Dade County. The quantities shown on the Bid Price Proposal are approximate and only represent estimated planned requirements based on historical or specific project needs. The Department does not guarantee any maximum or minimum quantity, any range of quantities, or the exact quantities shown for each item to be bid. The Department's estimated quantities and the Contractors' bid price will be used to calculate a total bid amount. This total bid amount will then be used to determine the low bidder; however, actual payment under the awarded contract will be based on actual quantities completed. For this Contract in which specific site are not identified at the time of letting, the Engineer will issue a Work Document. Work Documents will identify the location, description, amount of work to accomplished, and the number calendar days to complete the work. Award will be made at the Department Advertised Estimate Amount of $550,000.00. ****Experience in Bridge Repair Form #850-070-04 must be submitted as an attachment with your electronic bid or your bid may be found non-responsive.
