Woodland Blvd POSTING DATES: 12/16/2025 and 12/23/2025 CONTRACT DAYS: 240 CONTRACT EXECUTION DAYS: 10 SPECIAL START DATE: N/A ACQUIS./FLEXIBLE START TIME: 14 FDOT District 5 Proposal ID No.: E55D6 Financial Project No.: 412326-5-72-65 Fiscal Year: 2026 County: Lake Calendar Days: 240 Days Lead Time: 14 Calendar Days INTENT AND SCOPE: The Work under this Contract consists of miscellaneous drainage repairs, including removal and replacement of concrete culvert pipes and mitered end sections (MES); extension of concrete culvert pipes; regrading ditches to restore the free and unobstructed flow of stormwater; and regrading non-paved shoulders and slopes in various locations on State Road 19 in Lake County. Experience: For this Contract the Contractor is required to have at least three (3) years of experience in the performance of Drainage Repair, or the Project Superintendent must have at least three (3) years of like experience as a Superintendent. A Contractor that presently has a certificate of prequalification with the Department in "Drainage" will suffice to meet the above requirements.
