Description:
The work specified in this Contract consists of providing all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals necessary to perform a turnkey replacement of existing two (2) direct expansion (DX) coil rooftop units serving the UPS Room #140 located at Boca Tolls Data Center, Florida's Turnpike Mainline, Exit 75. The Bidder (Prime Contractor) shall be currently licensed and hold a certification or registration issued by the Florida Construction Industry Licensing Board as an Air Conditioning Contractor (Class “A”) or Mechanical Contractor in strict accordance with Chapter 489, Florida Statutes. Prospective bidders who wish to visit the site will need to contact Mr. Lance Ramrattan at (407) 680-7781 or via email lance.ramrattan@dot.state.fl.us for scheduling. NO PRE-BID CONFERENCE WILL BE HELD FOR THIS CONTRACT. PREQUALIFICATION IS NOT REQUIRED.
