The Improvements under this Contract consist of installing two mid-block crossings along SR 842 (Broward Boulevard), east of NW 33rd Avenue and at NW/SW 29th Terrace, in Broward County. The work includes, but is not limited to, construction of new curb ramps, installation of mid-block signals with mast arms, pedestrian push buttons, and pedestrian signal heads, construction of special emphasis crosswalks, and retrofitting of the existing lighting system to accommodate the proposed signalized mid-block crossings. PRE-QUALIFIED Contractor must be pre-qualified. PERFORMANCE BOND: A Contract / Performance bond is required for this project. PLEASE READ STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS FOR ROAD AND BRIDGE CONSTRUCTION FY 2025-26 (SECTION 7-13) FOR INSURANCE LIMITS.
