The work under this Contract consists of supplying all material, equipment, labor and incidentals necessary to perform non-paved shoulder, slope and roadside ditch repair on the State Roadway System in Broward County • ADVERTISED ESTIMATE: The award amount and contract performance bond shall be based on the Department s advertised estimate amount of $125,000.00 and not the contractor s bid total. • BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT INITIATIVE -- Bidders must be a "Small Business" as defined by FDOT.
