LETTING LOCATION: TPK HDQRTS - OCOEE POSTING DATES: 07/22/2025 and 08/05/2025 CONTRACT DAYS: 515 CONTRACT EXECUTION DAYS: 10 SPECIAL START DATE: N/A ACQUIS./FLEXIBLE START TIME: 14 The work specified in this Contract consists of providing all labor, materials, equipment, and all incidentals necessary to relocate, install, and establish landscaping at the following location: SR 91 Martin County Bridge from Milepost (MP) 138.0. The work shall include a one (1) year Post Installation period. NO PRE-BID CONFERENCE WILL HELD FOR THIS CONTRACT. CONTRACTOR EXPERIENCE DOCUMENTATION: Expertise and Experience is required in the performance of Landscaping. The Experience in Landscaping Form (850-070-09) must be filled out and submitted with the bid. The form must be signed by the owner of the company or a company officer and dated in the space provided on the form.
