Woodland Blvd. POSTING DATES: 02/17/2026 and 02/24/2026 CONTRACT DAYS: 45 CONTRACT EXECUTION DAYS: 10 SPECIAL START DATE: N/A ACQUIS./FLEXIBLE START TIME: 14 FDOT District 5 Proposal ID No.: E52E8 Financial Project ID No.: 456053-3-72-01 Fiscal Year: 2026 Counties: Brevard and Osceola Calendar Days: 45 Days Lead Time: 14 Days This is a Maintenance Pay Item Contract. Intent: The work under this Contract consists of FC-5 asphalt roadway repair on various Department maintained roadways. The work includes milling, resurfacing, and minor pavement marking restoration. Experience: For this Contract the Contractor is required to have at least three (3) years of experience in the performance of Asphalt Paving projects, or the Project Superintendent must have at least three (3) years of like experience as a Superintendent. A Contractor that presently has a certificate of prequalification with the Department in "Hot Plant Mix Bituminous Course" will suffice to meet the above requirements.
