1.17 mi of guardrail replacement on various routes at up to 4 locations, Huron and Saginaw Counties. This project will be let using a Fixed Price Variable Scope Contracting Method. Section 001 Alternate 1 includes locations 1 through 2; Section 002 Alternate 2 includes locations 1 through 3; Section 003 Alternate 3 includes location 1 through 4. Please see the Special Provision for Preparation, Delivery, and Considerations of Bids on Fixed Price Variable Scope Projects. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held Monday, April 27th, 2026 at 1:00 PM via a Virtual Microsoft Teams Meeting. All prospective bidders must attend to be considered eligible to bid.
