1.30 mi of hot mix asphalt cold milling and resurfacing, drainage structure cover adjusts and pavement markings on US-8 from Fairview Drive to US-2 in the city of Norway, Dickinson County. ** 591 Cb ** In addition to the above minimum prequalification requirement for prime contractors this project includes a subclassification of N9-3A. If the prime contractor is not prequalified in this subclassification it must use a prequalified subcontractor. This subcontractor must be designated prior to award of the contract to the confirmed low bidder.
