14.43 mi of hot mix asphalt reconstruction, concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer, drainage improvements, sidewalks, streetlighting, traffic signal upgrades, aggregate shoulders, corrugations, guardrail and pavement markings on M-123 from south of Curley Lewis Highway to North Whitefish Road, Chippewa County. This project includes two 5 year and one 3 year materials and workmanship pavement warranty. ** 7025 Cb **In addition to the above minimum prequalification requirement for prime contractors this project includes a subclassification of Ea. If the prime contractor is not prequalified in this subclassification it must use a prequalified subcontractor. This subcontractor must be designated prior to award of the contract to the confirmed low bidder.
