Hot mix asphalt crack treatment over band crack fill. (FPVS) Up to 206.17 lnmi of hot mix asphalt crack treatment and overband crack fill on various routes, Alger, Chippewa, Luce, Mackinac, and Schoolcraft Counties. This contract will be constructed with an innovative contracting method using a fixed price variable scope. This project includes a 2 year pavement performance warranty. ** 340 N9-3E or 340 N9-3F **In addition to the above minimum prequalification requirement for prime contractors this project includes subclassifications of N9-3E and N9-3F. If the prime contractor is not prequalified in those subclassifications it must use prequalified subcontractors. Those subcontractors must be designated prior to award of the contract to the confirmed low bidder.
