SH21B CO SPRINGS SIGNAL REPLACE The project will replace the antiquated existing traffic signals with new signals at the intersections of SH 21 (Powers Blvd) & Palmer Park Blvd, and SH 21 (Powers Blvd) & Constitution Ave. Installation of upgraded ADA curbs and Advanced flashing beacons will also be including in the project.
