(FPVS) Up to 330.78 lnmi of hot mix asphalt crack treatment and overband crack filling on various routes, Delta, Dickinson, Gogebic, Iron and Menominee Counties. This project will be constructed with an innovative contracting method, fixed price variable scope. This project includes a 2 year pavement performance warranty. ** 575 N9-3E **In addition to the above minimum prequalification requirement for prime contractors this project includes a subclassification of N9-3F. If the prime contractor is not prequalified in this subclassification it must use a prequalified subcontractor. This subcontractor must be designated prior to award of the contract to the confirmed low bidder.
