New Facilities (Construction of New Roads) The proposed project is located in Maricopa County within the City of Goodyear from MC 85 to Van Buren Street between Milepost 99.14 and Milepost 103.23. The work consists of constructing new freeway from MC85 to the existing termini at Van Buren. The work includes excavation, embankment, concrete and asphaltic concrete paving, nine new concrete bridges, retaining walls, sound walls, storm drain, catch basins, reinforced concrete box culverts, concrete channels, landscaping, erosion control, pavement markings, signing, traffic signals, lighting, FMS, and other related work.
