Remove & Replace culvert locations as shown in the Plans; SH 41 (MM 8.64), US 160 (MM 47.81, 64 & 194.42), US 550 (MM 28.71), SH 172 (MM 3.4), SH 151 (MM 2.72), US 285 (MM 7.29, 53.28 & 85.5) and SH 17 (15.02). SOW to include but not limited to: Removal and replacement of existing culverts, Plugging of existing culvert, Inlet paving, Installation of rip-rap, Construction of headwalls and/or wingwalls, Roadway patching, Rehab culvert locations as shown in the Plans; SH 41 (MM 5.08), SH 184 (18.24), US 160 (MM 57.72 & 117.12), SH 172 (MM 4.36), SH 151 (MM 4.32), US 285 (MM 7.08) and SH 17 (MM 10.46). SOW to include but not limited to: Removal of pipe, Cleaning of pipe, Cementitious grouting of voids in pipe, Invert paving, HDPE culvert lining, Installation of end sections, Installation of rip-rap, Construction of headwalls and/or wingwalls, Roadway patching. Overall project SOW to include but not limited to: Removal and replacement of existing guardrail, Shoring, Erosion control, Temporary water control, Seeding and mulching, Temporary minor shoulder detouring, Traffic control.
