The work consists of reconstructing the roadway along Cesar Chavez Blvd to a four lane divided roadway intersection channelization at intersecting streets, drainage facilities, asphaltic concrete, signing, pavement marking, signals, lighting, and other related work. The project also includes a one-lane roundabout at the intersection of Cesar Chavez Blvd and Escondido St / San Luis Plaza Dr.
