PAVEMENT REHABILITATION The proposed project is located in Graham County along US 70 through the Town of Thatcher and the City of Safford (MP 335.63 to 340.10) from Reay Lane to 8th Street. The work consists of pavement rehabilitation and pedestrian facilities improvements. The work also includes milling and replacement of asphaltic concrete, signing, pavement marking, and the repair of the crack in the box culvert at (MP 337.137), and other related work.
