System Preservation (Engineering) The proposed project is located in Coconino County along Interstate 40 at approximately milepost 159.2, near Williams. The work includes removing the existing Portland cement concrete pavement and installing new Portland cement concrete pavement. The work also includes removing existing asphaltic concrete on the shoulders and installing new asphaltic concrete, guardrail, signing, pavement marking, rumble strip, seeding and other related work.
