Capacity Additions (Reconstruction) The proposed project is located in Cochise County within the City of Douglas along the existing Chino Road alignment, beginning approximately 1200 feet north of 9th Street and ending at SR 80. The approximate length of the project is 0.9 miles. The work shall consist of constructing one 12-foot southbound lane and one 12-foot northbound lane and 8-foot shoulders. A northbound left turn lane will be constructed at SR80. The work also includes construction of guardrail, drainage improvements, utility adjustment, signal modifications at the intersection of New Chino Road, SR80 and US 191, SR 80 median removals, roadway signing, pavement marking, and other related works.
