C-470 & BOWLES AVE INTERCHANGE RAMP INTERSECTIONS Project scope includes replacement of the traffic signals at either ramp terminal, as well as the replacement of curb ramps and pedestrian islands, pedestrian push buttons and signal heads, and the installation of a dedicated bicycle crossing of the east leg of the NB C-470 & Bowles Ave traffic signal in line with the C-470 Bikeway. Project will also resurface the ramp terminal intersections and the overpass, as well as replace existing drainage rundowns at the interchange. Project scope also includes the installation of overhead signal mast arms on both C-470 on-ramps to facilitate overhead ramp meter signal operations.
