Vendors must register todownload information. All addenda, proposal tabulations, etc. can be downloadedat the above site. Anon-mandatory pre-SOQ video conference will be held on November 14, 2024, at2:00 P.M., Local Time. Requests for access to video conference must besubmitted to RShelton@sanmarcostx.gov atleast 30 minutes prior to the pre-bid video conference. SOQs must be received in theOffice of the Purchasing Manager, Building 3, 630 E. Hopkins St., San Marcos, TX78666, no later than December 19, 2024, 2:00 P.M., Local Time. SOQs will bepublicly acknowledged via videoconference immediately thereafter. Videoconference link is provided in solicitation documents.
