The Project consist of new facilities to support administration, operations and maintenance functions for El Metro,including on site and out of service bus parking, van, utility and on demand van parking and temporary parking forstaff vehicles. A new 4,250 SF bus wash and fueling facility to comply with all local, state and federal requirementsas per construction plans and specifications, generally located on a land parcel immediately southeast of theintersection of Bartlett Avenue and Jacaman Road.
