The City of Georgetown (City) is seeking proposals from qualified Offerors with substantial and relevant experience to serve as a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for construction of the Northlands Water Reclamation Facility. The selected CMAR will work as a team with the City staff and Engineer to ensure an efficient design approach and construction delivery of the Project.
