TheConstruction Cost estimate for this project is $11,875,000.00 – $12,500,000.00. Project Schedule: All work shall be completed within Four hundred twenty (420)calendar days commencing on the date specified in the Notice toProceed. 1. Virtual Pre-bid Meeting will be held on May 8, 2025,at 10:30 AM (CST). Potential Bidder must pre-register for thepre-bid meeting at the link found in the solicitation documents. 2. Site visits are by appointment only.
