TexasSouthern University (TSU) seeks a contractor that shall furnish all labor,supervision, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, permits, fees,testing, disposal services, and incidentals necessary to remove and replaceapproximately 396 linear feet of existing concrete sidewalk at the Sterling StudentCenter. Work shall include demolition, excavation, subgrade preparation,formwork, reinforcement, concrete placement, finishing, curing, restoration,and site cleanup in accordance with applicable local, state, ADA, and industrystandards.TheContractor shall coordinate all work to minimize disruption to pedestriantraffic and university operations while maintaining a safe work environmentthroughout the duration of the project. Contractor shall provide a projecttimeline from start to completion of the project.
