Work will extend approximately 350 feet on 2nd Street East, 165 feet on Conrad Drive, 205 feet on Woodland Avenue north of the intersection, and 185 feet on Woodland Avenue south of the intersection. The work includes grading, paving, drainage, curb and gutter, signing and striping.
