R2 FY23 SIGN REPLACEMENTS This project is located in Region 2 in Pueblo and Fremont counties. Project consists of removal and replacement of signs along I-25 within and north of Pueblo, US 50 between Penrose and Avondale, and along Highway 115 in Penrose. The work includes class 1&2 sign panels and ground signs, installation of Class 3 sign panels and I-beam post installations.
