AMATS: Tudor Road Corridor Plan The Contractor shall develop a plan which explores management approaches and strategies to ensure the project corridor performs at an optimal level for all users and improves the functionality of the entire arterial transportation network. The corridor plan shall describe the corridor?s characteristics, foreseeable development and impacts, and opportunities for mitigation of adverse conditions. The plan shall utilize data to identify corridor projects and strategies that will support the goals and objectives of the area.
