Statewide Pavement Management Plan FFY25 The Contractor shall provide professional services to maintain compliance with FAA requirements under AC 150/5380-7B Airport Pavement Management Program (PMP). Work includes updating airport records, database customization, Pavement Condition Index (PCI) inspections, and reporting. Inspections will be performed according to ASTM D 5340-20 and data will be entered into the state's PAVER database. Inspection reports and a summary report will be prepared based on inspection data and results will be made available through a publicly accessible web interface.
