Description:
The Agreement?s purpose is to obtain design services for supporting replacement of the Hoadley Creek Bridge (BR. 725) located within the city of Ketchikan, Alaska. The services include: ? evaluating the project scope; ? designing necessary horizontal and vertical alignment modifications of the roadway; ? designing modifications to utilities (e.g. electrical, telecommunications, municipal water, and sanitary sewer); ? designing temporary traffic control for construction phasing and staging; ? updating the basemap survey of the roadway and adjacent features; ? public information and involvement; ? supporting environmental, right-of-way, utility, and construction processes; ? developing plans, specifications, and estimates at all project development stages, which include PER (30%), PIH (60%), PS&E (90%), and bid-ready packages; and, ? developing erosion and sediment control strategies;
