Centerline rumble strips and recessed wet reflective pavement markings. 38.15 mi of centerline rumble strips and recessed wet reflective pavement markings on Territorial Road from Cope Road to US-127, Bankers Road from Branch County line to the south city limits of Hillsdale and Moscow Road from Sterling Road to Masker Road, Hillsdale County. This is a Local Agency project. ** 509 N3 or 509 N9-3A or 509 N9-3D **In addition to the above minimum prequalification requirement for prime contractors this project includes subclassifications of N3 and either N9-3A or N9-3D. If the prime contractor is not prequalified in those subclassifications it must use prequalified subcontractors. Those subcontractors must be designated prior to award of the contract to the confirmed low bidder.
