Description:
The purpose of this agreement is for the Department to contract with one (1) firm to provide construction administration and inspection services for projects at Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport (ANC). The anticipated scope of work includes but is not limited to: engineering, constructability reviews during design, construction inspection, SWPPP inspection, electrical inspections, materials testing, documentation, GPS surveying, CAD drafting, pay item quantity calculations, and office work for the designated projects at ANC. The successful Contractor will ensure the construction contractor's work is accomplished in substantial conformance with the contract documents, Alaska Construction Manual, FAA requirements, and applicable permits. This term agreement will be a 2-year term with two 1-year options to extend and a fifth year to complete authorized services for a total term agreement duration of five (5) years.
